woodland gives us a sense of solitude and sanctuary,which in turn has amazing affects on our overall wellbeing and mood. The beauty within the Forest of Dean is irreplaceable and I feel proud to be able to capture every corner of the forest in its glory.

My work has been recognised and awarded recognition by the Royal Geographical Society London in the Earth Photo 2024 international competition it appeared in the Earth Photo exhibit in the RGS Hyde park London and has featured in the Earth photo trails across the UK .

What drives me to go out in all weathers to capture these moments on camera is a passion, one that will hopefully bring awareness and in turn help respect and protect these woodlands.Fleeting moments of light,weather and seasons here in the Forest of Dean mixed with its diversity of tree species and animal life make The Forest of Dean truly unique. so to be lucky enough to be in those moments and to capture them truly is a blessing. Being in forest energy  and its resonance can be spiritual and humbling .
